Domestic violence introduces a range of complications when weighing risks to children during family court proceedings.  Eliciting information from children that can inform recommendations, while critical, is also extremely sensitive and complicated.  This seminar will cover several areas of importance related to working with children who are between households where domestic violence is presenting as a risk factor.
