Attend this CLE for a discussion of the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) process for assisting individuals with accessing Publicly-Funded Long-Term Care Programs (such as Family Care, PACE, Partnership or IRIS), from initial contact to the ADRC to the time of enrollment, if eligible. This overview will discuss the ADRC's role and responsibility in reviewing all options for an individual, as well as how the ADRC can work with outside collaterals (such as attorneys) who may be assisting with the financial eligibility
