Optimum Flexibility combines only the safest, simplest and most effective stretches from various methods from achieving flexibility and enhances range of motion: Yoga, Pilates, Physical Therapy and some good long forgotten stretching exercises that actually feel great while you are doing them. Unlock the "vice-grips" on your muscles and joints, feel the aches and pain slowly diminish and release the energy "locked up" inside you. This class will be led by a Certified Personal Trainer from Fit Pro MKE and will also emphasize rehab exercises and stretches specified to unlock the neck/hips and lower back from desk job and posture problems.
