Mindfulness of Breath and Body

Presenter: Tina Langdok, Professional Yoga Therapist and Accredited Based Stress Reduction Teacher, Trillium Studio

Accredited Mindfulness Teacher Tina Langdok will begin this session with a breath practice she calls Flower Hands breathing, cultivating a deeper relationship with the breath and balancing the mind. The session will then flow into a Mindful Body Scan. This classical practice offers a doorway to embodying the moment by feeling into ourselves with curiosity and compassion.
