The Ethics of Procrastination

Lawyers are required to represent their clients with reasonable diligence and promptness, but what does that mean? This seminar will  discuss the duty of diligence as set forth in SCR 20:1.3, and will also include tips for keeping on top of responsibilities, time management, and when it’s OK to wait until the last minute to do something. (Don’t worry, it’s OK for you to wait until two weeks before the CLE reporting deadline to get your ethics credits completed!)
