Milwaukee County Criminal Court Operations During COVID-19 Pandemic

Co-sponsored by the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, this panel discussion will address issues and concerns regarding Milwaukee County criminal court operations, the reopening of the courts, the significant backlog and how to creatively resolve as many cases as possible, and plans for the creation of a steering committee to address concerns moving forward.
