Paralegals and legal assistants often play important roles in preparing materials for mediation but rarely attend. Having a working knowledge of the mediation process is valuable for anyone involved. This program provides insight into what happens at mediation; why mediations succeed and fail; and the type of information and considerations, which might not be even considered from a litigation perspective, but that can be invaluable from a mediation perspective.
