The Basic Do’s and Don’ts of Post Judgment Motions in Family Law Presenters: Kate Neugent and Sarah Whiting, Burbach & Stansbury S.C. This seminar is geared toward attorneys who are new to practicing family law and will focus on handling legal matters that arise after entry of a divorce or paternity judgment. Attorneys Kate Neugent and Sarah Whiting will discuss various family law disputes that arise after a judgment of divorce or paternity have been answered. Topics may include revision to custody, placement, or child support orders, enforcing current paternity or divorce orders, moving a child's residence, and other pertinent post-judgment issues.
